This document is designed to complement, not override, the Terms of Service.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms
This Privacy Policy explains how Natural Energy System LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Information when you use our websites, applications, platforms, software, digital products, educational resources, courses, communities, services, content, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy supplements our Terms of Service and any applicable institutional agreements, order forms, purchase terms, cookie notices, or other supplemental terms. If a separate agreement governs particular data processing, that agreement will control to the extent of a conflict.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
We may automatically collect Log Data and similar technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages or features accessed, dates and times of access, session information, referring or exit pages, error and diagnostic data, approximate location derived from technical information, and usage statistics.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local or session storage, software development kits, device identifiers, and similar technologies for essential operation, authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and, where applicable and legally permitted, marketing or advertising. Where required, we will seek consent before using eligible non-essential technologies. You may also have browser or device controls for cookies and privacy preferences.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to: provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, personalize, and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; process transactions; communicate with users; respond to support requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; analyze usage and performance; develop products and features; comply with law and enforce agreements; and carry out other purposes disclosed at collection or performed with appropriate permission.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you otherwise own it. We process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, provide, and improve the Services, consistent with our Terms of Service, applicable agreements, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
We do not treat the general service-operation license for User Content as permission to feature identifiable User Content, a person’s name, image, likeness, testimonial, endorsement, or success story in advertising or public promotional materials. If we want to use identifiable User Content for those purposes, we will obtain any consent or separate permission required by applicable law and the circumstances. We may use content that has been lawfully de-identified or aggregated so that it is not reasonably linked to an identifiable person, subject to applicable law.
5. Assignment & Submission Content
All assignments and submissions will be maintained using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect participant privacy and confidentiality. However, no electronic platform, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, participants should not submit any information they would not be comfortable having disclosed publicly in the unlikely event of unauthorized access, disclosure, or a security incident.
Participants should avoid including medical records, diagnoses, financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in assignments or submissions. Access to submissions may be provided to authorized program personnel as reasonably necessary for instructional, feedback, administrative, or program-related purposes.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose Personal Information to service providers and processors that support hosting, cloud infrastructure, payments, authentication, communications, customer support, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and marketing; to professional advisers; to an organization through which you receive the Services where appropriate; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Services.
We do not authorize service providers to use Personal Information for purposes outside the services they provide to us except as permitted by applicable law and contract. [IF APPLICABLE: Insert an accurate statement here about whether the Company “sells” or “shares” Personal Information, or uses it for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.]
6. Analytics and Advertising
We may use Google Analytics or similar providers to understand how the Services are used. If we use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking technologies, we will describe those practices and provide legally required choices or consent mechanisms. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
7. Communications and Marketing
We may send administrative, transactional, security, billing, account, and service-related communications. Where permitted by law and subject to applicable consent requirements, we may also send newsletters, product announcements, educational information, offers, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from eligible marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided; this will not stop necessary service communications.
